BROKER’S GIN – owner of a category “The Best Gin 2003-2004” according to “Wine Spirits” magazine and “Food and wine” magazine, owner of gold medals of 2005 (San Francisco Worlds Spirits Competition, Chicago Beverage Testing Institute).
A magnificent quality of BROKER’S GIN is caused by three main ingredients that belong to its manufacture: spirit, plant spices and water. The spirit, which is used for making of gin, must have strength not more than 96% and should be as clean as possible, with not having either taste or smell. Grain serves as main stuff. Plant spices are being thoroughly collected and checked, whether they are appropriate by its cleanness. Juniper berry is considered the main plant component that is necessarily used in the process of making gin. As a rule, the formula of other spices (coriander, angelica, orris-root, almond, citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon) is kept in secret and is not to be made public. Thanks to this recipe, new manufacture technology, maintaining of preparation traditions and using of especially collected stuff, BROKER’S GIN is assessed by specialists as one of the best gins over last decades of this century.
