CHARACTERISTICS: straw to pale golden yellow in colour, the perlage is extremely fine and persistent with a bouquet which is delicately floral and fruity with hints of mountain honey, sage and musk. The taste is fresh, pleasant and delicately sweet and aromatic.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: perfect for aperitifs, all types of celebrations and for dessert courses at the end of a meal. Serve well chilled.
