This wine is produced of assemblage of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape sorts. This light wine usually has ruby colour. It contains enough acid and tastes like cherries. It is recommended for drinking while it is young-aged. It goes good with meat hors d’oeuvres, game and fish dishes with sauce.
