Title: LA LADRA BARBERA D’ASTI SUPERIORE D.O.C. 2005
CHARACTERISTICS: purplish red coloured wine with violet hues, clear and not very transparent with arches that are quite close together. Intense, fine and persistent perfume with scents reminiscent of flowers (rose) and fruity notes. The wine is dry, warm and smooth to taste with a good structure and excellent harmonious quality, rich in sweet, velvety tannins. Elegant and well balanced with excellent persistence.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: it should be served at a temperature of between 18°C and 20°C and well accompanies fresh soft cheeses and red meat dishes.
STORAGE: it should be stored horizontally in a well ventilated area, away from light and at temperature below 16-18°C.
