Description: Dry, red wine. Vintage varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 70 %, Carmenère 20 %, Merlot 10 %. Colour: Deep red. Bouquet: On the nose an intense bouquet of small berries, dried cherries and vanilla. Flavour: Soft and round on the palate, without any acid or tannic harshness. Persistent and pleasant finish. It goes good with food classically combined with a Bordeaux type wine. Also great to be drunk on its own or with light dishes which allow the flavour of the wine to be fully enjoyed.

Flavour: In the mouth the enormous power is framed by fine tannins and focused acidity. The finish is remarkable and suggests clearing potential of at least a decade. It goes good with roast game, mature cheese, and bitter chocolate.
