CHARACTERISTICS: wine of deep straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Clear, transparent and nicely consistent, forming quite close arches. The bouquet is intense and flowery, with notes of peach, grapefruit, pineapple and apple. The wine is dry with a smooth, well-balanced taste on the palate, intense and nicely persistent, with notes of mature fruit.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: perfect with seafood dishes such as shellfish, lightly fried dishes pasta and fresh cheeses.
STORAGE: store in a well-ventilated place away from the light and at a maximum temperature of 8-10°C.
