Saperavi – red, dry wine. It is produced of Saperavi grape sort, cultivated in Kahetia regions. The wine is very extravagant; it has varietal bouquet, harmonic taste with pleasant acerbity. It contains 12% vol. it goes excellent with meat dishes, game and poultry.
Tsinandali – a high quality white, vintage wine. It is produced of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape sorts, cultivated in closely controlled zone of Tsinandali district. Finished wine gets light straw colour, perfect fruit bouquet, soft slight fragrance. It has 13% vol. at titrated acidity of 6-7 grams per liter. The wine is produced since year 1892. The best companions for this wine are fish dishes, poultry and cheeses.
