Naturally semi-sweet, red wine. Produced from Saperavi grape varieties, which are cultivated in Kindzmarauli district of Kvarelia region, Kahetia. The strong intense bouquet is rich with cherry and blackberry notes and typical plum flavor, that excellent harmonizes with aromas of ripe pomegranate’s peel. It has a full-body and tender taste of extractive wine.
It is recommended that this wine be consumed with Georgian cuisine: fowl and veal meals. Traditionally it is served with fruits, creamy deserts, coffee, chocolate cakes also it is suitable for light sweet and nut snakes or for cheese. Best served at 14°C temperature.
Khvanchkara is semi-sweet, red wine that is made from Aleksandrouli and Mudzhuretuli grape sorts. The wine has the rich fruity bouquet of raspberry and currant with nuts, spice and vanilla flavors. It is the semisweet wine with harmonic taste and silky raspberry notes. It is perfect to fruit and deserts. Excellent as an aperitif and digestive. Best served at 14°C temperature.
